How does teletherapy work?

How do I get started?

New clients begin with a consultation and evaluation. Contact us to discuss your child’s needs and schedule an initial session.

 

Do I need special equipment for teletherapy?

Just a stable internet connection, a laptop or tablet, and a quiet space. We’ll guide you through everything!

 

 What is CloudSpeech’s cancellation policy?

CloudSpeech has a clear 24-hour cancellation policy. Less than 24 hours’ notice: Full session fee is charged.

 

What if I’m late to a session?

If you’re more than 15 minutes late, it’s a no-show.

 

What are the steps involved for getting started at CloudSpeech?

What does a Consultation-welcome visit include at CloudSpeech?

We love these initial visits because this is where we get to meet our future clients! Step-1 begins with a free Parent Consultation (˜15 minutes), and Step-2 is a free Welcome Visit with the child (˜15 minutes). This serves as an informal screening to support evaluation recommendations, as well as an opportunity to establish rapport between therapist and child before jumping in.

Do you take insurance?

CloudSpeech provides superbills which clients may independently submit to their private insurance provider for reimbursement.

 

Can I use HSA/FSA funds?

 Yes! Many families pay for speech therapy using Health Savings Accounts (HSA) or Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA).
