GET STARTED WITH virtual SPEECH THERAPY

Speech clarity support begins here

Starting speech therapy at cloudspeech is simple

We help children speak clearly, confidently, and with joy. If your child is struggling to pronounce words, be understood, or communicate with ease, you’re in the right place.

CloudSpeech is a boutique online practice focused exclusively on speech sound disorders, including articulation delays, phonological processes, and childhood apraxia of speech. We offer high-quality, one-on-one care through a simple, thoughtful process.

Step 1 — Parent Consultation

This is a one-on-one virtual conversation where we’ll:

✔Listen to your concerns

✔ Discuss your child’s history and needs

✔ Determine if CloudSpeech is a good fit

✔ Review next steps and practice policies

reviewing collected information for assessment

Step 2 — Initial Evaluation

During your child’s first few therapy sessions, we conduct a personalized evaluation. This process may include formal assessments, informal observation, speech samples, or structured play—depending on your child’s age, needs, and goals.

We specialize in:

✔ R, S, L articulation challenges

✔ Phonological delays (e.g., “tat” for “cat”)

✔ Motor planning difficulties and suspected childhood apraxia of speech (CAS)

The number of sessions dedicated to assessment varies depending on complexity. At the end of this period, you’ll receive a simple written report outlining:

✔ Speech clarity concerns

✔ Therapy goals

✔ A plan for moving forward

Step 3 — Begin Therapy

Following assessment and development of goals, your child will begin regular weekly therapy sessions online with us. Here’s what we recommend for best results:

Helpful Tips:

✔ Find a quiet, well-lit space. A small table or desk is ideal.

✔ Use a laptop or tablet (avoid cell phones for best results).

✔ Check your internet connection to prevent interruptions.

✔ Have a few favorite toys or objects nearby for engagement.
